Benjamin joined Glenwood Church as the Preaching Minister in October of 2020. He has been preaching since he was 22 – first, as an associate minister in Texarkana for two years, then as the Preaching Minister in Teague, TX for five years, and, most recently, as the Preaching Minister in Mineral Springs, AR.
Benjamin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Bible and Preaching from Harding University. He enjoys time with his family and loves friendly competition with others, whether playing basketball, tennis, golf, or cards. Benjamin is married to his best friend and favorite person, Rachel Neeley. Together they have three fantastic kids.
Benjamin is passionate about preaching within the context of the local church. He works hard to get to know the congregation in order to understand the people who are hearing the Gospel each Sunday.

Johnny is married to Dawn, and they enjoy the empty nest now that their children, Dalton and Rebekah, have launched into their adult lives. Johnny and Dawn enjoy reading, hiking, and mountain vacations. Johnny enjoys basketball, volleyball, roller skating, and playing golf poorly.
Johnny describes himself as a knucklehead called to ministry. He enjoys the personal discussions that lead to opportunities to speak of the love of Christ.
D.J. Bulls, Ph.d.
D.J. leads the worship ministry and coordinates communication at Glenwood. He joined the Glenwood family in Summer 2021. He’s been in full-time ministry since 2003 and has served churches of all sizes and flavors in Texas and also in Atlanta, GA.
He loves the music of the church and has quite a large and extensive hymnal collection. Yeah, he’s a nerd. D.J. holds a Ph. D. in church music, and you’ll find his name on a lot of the songs we sing as an arranger. He believes passionately in the importance of the church’s worship, especially in the power of singing together.
Most importantly, he’s married to Meghan and dad to Mackenzie. Oh, and he is a Bat-Maniac (the original Batman, Adam West, of course) a hack-at-it golfer, and a die-hard third generation Alabama Crimson Tide fan.
